Better Transaction Lifecycle Visibility
We’re making it easier than ever to see the complete audit trail and optimisation journey for transactions right within the Orders View.
What’s Changing
- Expanded Recommendation Block: The Recommendation Block in the Orders View now includes results from Transaction Optimisation and clearly identifies transactions that were customer/merchant initiated as recommendation reasons.
- Post-Recommendation Details: We’ve added new fields that provide post-recommendation lifecycle information, including:
- Requested and applied exemptions (e.g., Low Risk).
- Routing outcomes (e.g., Authenticate vs. Authorise).
- 3DS Requestor Challenge Indicator (e.g., '01 No preference').
- Data Availability: All these new lifecycle fields are also accessible within Explore, the Query Tool, and Analytics for comprehensive reporting.
Why We’re Making This Change
We want to give you maximum visibility into what happens after a recommendation. This provides a clearer audit trail for PSD2/SCA decisions and offers actionable context for payment performance.
